OPERATION:

Automatic unloading system for induction heaters (total heating) through a special bar.
This system is used with our Pinch Rolls and allow you to automatically starts a process fpr unloading the coils at the end of production.
Thanks to a controlled feed, it is possible to do a correct heating for the last pieces in coil, thus avoiding excessive waste.

OPERATION:

Drop off machine at the service of a saw machine. Automatic disposition of parts in a pallet in an orderly manner with automatic head-tail bar scrap. The regolation of this system come through the position of a handweel and introducing the diameter in the control panel.

OPERATION:

Quick extraction of the pieces at the output of the induction heaters (total heating).
After this, the pieces are sent in a ramp or in a conveyor whit the function of discard the scarps in different ways, according to customer requirements.
